Experience the Wealth of Fabulous Writing

River’s Edge

Let’s go down to the river
To
Catch a fish
Bogged by nitrate compounds
Dioxin

Mercury
Planet of pollutants,
Cane pole to burn a worm in water
Baptized
In the mire
Bloody holes-in-thee
Picnic on the bank
Of the river’s edge
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich,
Eco-friendly bottle of
Pray.
